You are free to park in the garage but there are no remotes.  You are also free to park on the covered driveway.

Infants are allowed, however the house is not baby-toddler proofed.

We have a secure electronic keypad deadbolt access on the front door.  You will receive a code to open the door the day before your check-in. Just touch the keypad to wake up the lock, enter in your code and then press the # key and you should hear the lock say "unlocked".  When you leave each time, just touch the keypad to wake it up and then hold the # key until the locks says "locked".    Please note the door will automatically lock after 5 minutes. Please make sure that doors, windows, and sliding door are locked when checking out.

Our bathroom only has a walk-in shower.  We do not have a bath tub.  Small children might not be comfortable with a shower.

We're not local to our Our Murphy Home but we're always available via phone call or text message.  If you have any questions/issues, please let us know.

Our home isn’t setup for pets.  Guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $250 if found to have broken this rule.

We have a kitchen fire extinguisher under the sink.  We also have a large general purpose fire extinguisher in the laundry room on the floor next to the dryer.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

This is an older home with narrow doorways and passages.  There are two steps up into the house.

TV’s
We have Roku TV’s in the family room and all 3 bedrooms.  We use “Roku Guest Mode” so that you can select your checkout date and any account you sign into will be removed on your checkout date at 12pm.  We do not have local TV service but there is a Live TV Station on the Roku where you can watch basic TV options. 

Security Cameras
We do have security cameras outside only on the front, back, and inside the garage.  There are no cameras inside the house.
